You would be aware that on 25 September 2024 and 26 September 2024, counsel for Zettai Pte Ltd (“Zettai”) attended a Zoom hearing for HC/OA 861/2024 (“OA 861”), which Zettai is applying for a moratorium order, which will facilitate its efforts to develop a reconstruction plan for the benefit of users.
The court granted a 4-month moratorium and also directed that Zettai provide its responses to the queries raised in the chat box during the OA 861 hearing. In our emails of September 27, 2024 and September 30, 2024, Zoom chat log and court order compiled in OA 861.
