The Honorary Senior Court of Singapore has ordered that it refused to confirm our proposed reconstruction program. If this result was not what we expected, we respect the court’s decision and are fully committed to all legal and regulatory processes.
Our main focus remains to start distributions as soon as possible. For this purpose, we currently appreciate all existing legal versions of our advice with our legal and consulting teams and appeal against the decision of the Singapore High Court.
Today’s decision is not affected by NLPA assets that remain safe.
