Which VAPPS needs to know
Our consultations identified several threats that enabled and facing VPP:

These sophisticated actors can use and tools to detect reconnaissance and vulnerability when targeting VAPS systems and infrastructure. Given their significant resources and opportunities, enemy state actors represent a certain challenge for VasberSicurity and informative security teams.
Risks of paying services AI
Our consultations revealed growing beneficiaries about users who buy loans for explicit and manufacturers of content and unethical AI services via crypto payment (probability 5.8 / 7). This emerging trend creates new component challenges for VASPs, which need to identify and prevent transactions related to these illegal services. The consultation noted that the blockchain analytics can help find loans for such services.
AI-enabled fraud
Our consultations emphasized the growing sophistication of the investment platforms for generated AI (prevalence 4.6 / 7, probability 5.4 / 7) and AI “arbitration trade slaves” fraud (prevalence 4.9 / 7). A particularly latter exploits the current excitement of about AI technology promising unrealistic return through alleged Ai-Elektran algorithms.
