Ethereum has always been a journey: an ecosystem is constantly evolving by people who believe in building a more open and decentralized world. While Ethereum (EF) may be a decade age, it remains ready to re -invent itself.
This year, EF adopted a new driving model with dual executives. This design brings various and supplementary views, which enhances our ability to face complex challenges. We are excited to embrace the upcoming opportunities and challenges, guiding deep commitment to the basic values ​​of Ethereum and a vision based on supervision, coordination and long -term thinking.

In the next few months, my priority will be to enhance EF operations to support the growth of the ecosystem. A adaptive and capable organization helps us to provide an ETHEREUM task in the long run.
While we move with the most obvious focus, one of our goals is to better support the ETHEREUM application layer. We will support builders and users by improving developer experience, user experience, clarifying standards, enhancing ecosystems, and softening the journey from ideas to live applications.
We are working to improve the way we plan, define their priorities and coordinate them through teams within EF and across the wider ecosystem, while maintaining our efforts compatible with the needs of society and the spirit of Ethereum CypherPunk. EF promotion is only one part of the transition. The real momentum comes from the global energy and creativity of ETHEREUM.
