New management (strategic and operational implementation)

Board of Directors (Control and Vision)
The EF Security Council is similar to the EF EF, and the guarantee of compliance as a Swiss basis. Tomasz and HSIAO-WEI WeI dates as collaborators are an unconventional decision, but it allows them to supplement each other at a crowded time for ethereum and Ef alike.
