Israel’s National Counter-Terrorist Financing Bureau (NBCTF) announced today Administrative Seizure Order 5/24 (ASO 5/24) in which he listed 42 cryptoasset accounts in question “convinced… are the property of a designated terrorist organization or property used to sustain a serious terrorist crime as defined by law.”
These 42 accounts (listed below) are all on the TRON blockchain and were primarily used for USDT stablecoin transactions. Thirteen accounts were previously “blacklisted” by USDT issuer Tether.
Plotting the accounts in Elliptic Investigator shows that these accounts are highly correlated. The investigator also allows the source and destination of funds in and out of these accounts to be traced back to specific services such as exchanges.
