Applications for speakers will open on July 9. You can now view the different programming paths.

Auction Ticket Wave
As we did at Devcon VI, we will once again host an on-chain lottery auction as the first wave of tickets. We want to continue to demonstrate the power of Ethereum in hosting fair and verifiable raffles and auctions, while increasing the methods we use to distribute tickets to the thousands who wish to attend each year.
204 tickets It will be offered at auction this year. The top 20 bids will win the auction.Those who enter with the minimum bid or do not win the auction will be entered into a drawing and have a chance to win. There will be multiple ways to get discounted tickets this year:
- Self-claiming
This will consist of groups such as protocol syndicate members, selected OSS contributors, public goods project owners, and more. More details will be released when tickets go live on July 9. - App based
This will include a local discount for SEA builders, discounts for builders, academic discounts for students and teachers, and youth tickets for those under 18 who wish to attend. - Devcon Scholarship Program
Apply now for the DEFCON Fellowship! Researchers will receive free tickets and possibly travel support. Applications close on July 7th. - Community Ticket Requests
These tickets will be available for leaders and organizers of various Web 2.0 and Web 3 communities or meetups to apply for free or discounted tickets for their groups.

Our GA ticket sales will begin on July 16And each wave will start at 16:00 UTC and 23:00 UTC.
